hearing aid fittings

Even the most advanced hearing aids may not perform as expected if they are not fitted correctly. Our audiologists have 40 years of combined experience fitting and programming hearing devices based on the results of your hearing tests. Cutting-edge fitting methods and equipment are used to make sure you hear with maximum clarity.

At THS we perform Real-ear measurements also referred to as hearing aid verification. Real ear measurement is an objective measurement of what a hearing aid is doing inside your ear canal. A thin probe microphone is placed within 5 mm of the ear drum and a sound stimulus is delivered to the ear via a loudspeaker. By using real ear measurements, we are able to see how the hearing aid is performing in your actual ear canal.
