In October of 2010, Dr. Gupta and Dr. Hellenkamp opened the doors to Triangle Hearing Services, P.A. This decision was based on their mutual desire to offer patients and their families quality hearing services with the best education, technology and services available. Doctor Gupta and Doctor Hellenkamp have worked in a variety of settings including private practices and with Ear Nose and Throat physicians. With over 35 years combined experience in the Audiology field, the Doctors are considered experts in Audiology.

They always strive to provide excellence in hearing healthcare while fulfilling and exceeding all expectations. Over the past ten years they have provided hearing healthcare to thousands of individuals with hearing loss. Donella Hellenkamp, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Donella Hellenkamp was raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She received her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Alabama in 1990, her Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of South Alabama in 1992 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Still University-Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2008. Dr. Hellenkamp has worked as an Audiologist in a variety of settings including Duke University Medical Center, Ear, Nose, and Throat physicians’ offices and at an audiology private practice. Dr. Hellenkamp is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and has her Clinical Certificate of Competence in Audiology through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is licensed in Audiology by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. Dr. Hellenkamp is passionate about the individual needs of her patients and enjoys helping them meet their own personal listening goals. She resides in Cary with her husband Chris and their two daughters Skye and Julia.

Radhika Gupta, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Radhika Gupta was born and raised in Roorkee, India. She received her undergraduate degree from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing in 1999. She moved to the United States in the year 2000 and attended Indiana University where she received her Master’s degree in Audiology in 2002 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry-School of Audiology in 2005. Dr. Gupta did her externship at Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard, Boston. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and has her Clinical Certificate of Competence in Audiology through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is licensed in Audiology by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. Dr. Gupta has special interest in hearing devices and balance assessment. Dr. Gupta strongly believes in personalized care for patients in conjunction with providing knowledge to help them overcome hearing difficulties and enhance their quality of life. She resides in Cary with her husband Sachin and their children Anushka and Anik.

Caitlin Leahey

Office Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator

Caitlin was born and raised in central Massachusetts. She moved to Texas as a teenager to finish her high school years. After graduation, she moved to Biddeford, Maine to attend the University of New England where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Sociology. Caitlin interned at Sweetser, a non-profit residential facility that works with at risk youth. Upon graduation, she continued working at Sweetser as a Youth and Family Counselor. She later used these skills to transition to a new role supporting the elderly as a Resident Assistant. In her current role as Office Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator she enjoys meeting new people and getting to know her patients. Caitlin takes pride in making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. She currently resides in Cary and loves playing co-ed recreational soccer and trying out new and fun activities.

Suzanne Sawyer

Marketing/Public Relations

Born and raised in upstate New York, Suzanne came to our area eight years ago. She has over 30 years’ experience in Marketing and Public Relations in the education and healthcare sector. Ms. Sawyer is passionate about her role of ensuring that the community-at-large has the information and facts about Triangle Hearing Services. She believes that if people are informed of the quality and care they will receive at Triangle Hearing Services, they will be able to make the best decision possible to meet their hearing healthcare needs. Suzanne lives in Apex and enjoys boating, swimming and more importantly, spending time with family and friends.
